What's Happening at the Interim Member Meeting
To progress MEF work, coordinate between projects, and plan future work, MEF hosts in-person meetings throughout the year. The next one is the MEF Interim Member Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, 11-13 February, 2025.
The Interim Meeting is focused on cross-project work, planning, and coordination. The new topic oriented sessions will combine committees in sessions designed to allow members to contribute to the projects related to their business.
The Opening Plenary will cover the 2025 plan, changes to accommodate the new membership model, and certification updates, along with high-level committee updates.
Following, Tuesday will have all-member combined sessions to discuss details on cross-committee topics (projects that affect work in other committees), certification planning, and rules and procedures updates.
Wednesday and Thursday will have two tracks - Business, focusing on Use Cases, Certification, and Technical, focusing on Services and APIs.
Thursday will end with another combined session to discuss the meeting's work; followed by a summary in a Closing Plenary.
As MEF continues to progress our important industry work, this year's Interim Member Meeting agenda will center around three key areas:
Who's Attending
Why Attend
progress work
learn about work in specific topic areas
network with industry experts and leadership
