All reservations must be guaranteed with a one night deposit. This card will be charged in the event of a cancellation, no-show or deposit when warranted. Group rates are subject to availability. MEF group rate includes complimentary group room WIFI.
Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 nights' room and tax.

Committee meetings will be conducted face-to-face with Zoom and recordings for remote attendees – attendee links will be found on the committee agenda pages.
